Conference Code of Conduct

WELCOME TO A SPACE OF SHARED FOCUS AND LEARNING!

At Reliabilityweb Conferences, our passion for reliability, asset management, and creating impactful, safe, and sustainable work environments takes center stage. We strive to create a space that fosters learning, sharing, and growth in these areas.

Reliabilityweb Conferences are a harassment-free experience for all participants regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of speakers, conference participants, or staff in any form during conference sessions, on the exhibit hall floor, or at any other officially sanctioned conference events. All communications and interactions should be appropriate for a professional audience. Comments or images that are defamatory, slanderous, libelous, discriminatory (on the basis of age, race, color, creed, body size, gender or gender preference), obscene or constitute sexual harassment are prohibited.

We respect the diverse views of our participants; however, to maintain our focus and ensure a productive environment, we recommend our #NoOpinion approach.

The #NoOpinion approach means we steer clear of political opinions or statements. Our Conference is not the platform for geopolitical debates. Instead we encourage all attendees to engage in discussions and activities that align with our themes of reliability and asset management driving our industry forward. Our goal is to empower and engage through a focus on creating safe, sustainable, reliable, and successful workplaces. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our conference focused, respectful, and relevant to our shared interests in the field of reliability.

Conference attendees are prohibited from verbally abusing or physically accosting the conference staff, speakers, or other delegates.
Conference participants violating these guidelines may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund or liability at the discretion of the Conference Organizers.
If you are being harassed, witness someone else being harassed, or have any other concerns please contact the Conference Organizers immediately. The Conference Organizers can be reached at any time via the registration desk.
We value the participation of our attendees, speakers, and exhibitors and expect all conference participants to abide by these guidelines.
