Designing and implementing an effective Safety program and establishing a strong and vibrant Safety culture requires strong executive support and front-line involvement. Establishing a Safety Vision to help guide the decision-making process throughout the organization and to help steer the organization towards Safety excellence is also important. Safety at industrial sites is the most important priority; complex equipment and process systems require operators and technicians to be trained on Safety procedures to ensure they follow the correct steps to prevent a mishap. This talk is about CINTAS’ journey towards World-Class Safety and the Maintenance Safety Certification program they developed to ensure technicians maintain a high level of Safety performance.
