During 2016, Goldcorp-Peñasquito management started a road to change the maintenance and operations mindset. Since then, extensive work has been performed to adapt to a vision focused on value delivery through reliability. The top management pushed this philosophy across the process plant and growing later to other areas in the mine. Moreover, current mining challenges call for a whole-site integration to achieve sustainability and production goals. As a result of this maturity, the asset management line of sight now includes all the functional areas in the mine site, ensuring the capacity delivery and the optimal performance of the mine.
