• Create the awareness of this group around the world
• Attend monthly meetings (webinars) related to the latest trends and topics in the industry
• Meet and Greet ( Face to face meetings, twice a year)
• Having a space to share knowledge and thoughts
• Increase the number of woman in the industry by making them participate in webinars, panels, speakers spots and writing book and articles
• Connect with university women students to let them know of the roles they can play with their work in Reliability and Asset Management
