Initiating and sustaining a focused reliability-centered maintenance program can be a daunting task for any organization. While few can argue against the benefits of reliability-centered initiatives, many organizations balk at the perceived investment required to undertake such a program. In this presentation, we will demonstrate ways in which an organization can integrate simple, yet impactful reliability practices into their everyday asset management and maintenance execution processes to foster an enterprise-wide culture of reliability-centered maintenance with minimal financial and organizational investment. Specifically, we will be demonstrating ways in which workflow and other functions in Maximo have been used to implement these practices.
