Data plays a critical role in the success of maintenance management systems. This is especially true with enterprise-level solutions like SAP, where a single source of data is utilized by multiple groups within an organization. Furthermore, as technology advances and maintenance originations are able to take advantage of tools like mobile devices and advanced analytics, the importance of data will become even more critical. Many companies struggle with how to how to determine the quality of their data, as well as what indicators to measure. This presentation will focus on the value of good data, and discuss tools that have been developed to help analyze that quality of EAM data across your organization.

An hour long presentation by Clark Kimmel, Senior Consultant, People and Processes, Inc.
Materials management is a critical part of an organizations ability to maintain and sustain reliability. Too many unnecessary or seldom used parts and materials on a shelf can waste resources. Resources are utilized to handle, house, maintain and kit or issue parts. Often times these resources are consumed on parts that haven't moved in years.

Many CMMS implementations are input driven. Recent studies show that too often CMMS systems are used merely as a system just to collect data and cost figures and that it is rarely used to actually steer maintenance performance. Consequently many maintenance organizations contain a value potential that has not yet been realized. But where is this value treasure hidden and how can it be revealed?
This webinar shows how standardized business processes and innovative Business Intelligence tools and KPI Dashboards could support you to get the maximum out of your CMMS. How you could start switching the focus from data input to the desired output of your system: better maintenance & reliability decision support that generates tangible business benefits. Several real life cases of Volvo Cars, Essent Energy and ConAgra Foods show how these solutions can be embedded in an effective organization and achieve a true mindset of continuous improvement.

In order to reduce the consequences of asset failure repair parts must be available. Ideally MRO professionals strive to have the right part, at the right time, in the right quantity. The availability of parts is simple to understand, especially for WMATA (Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority) for their vehicles must be service-ready to make money. Maintenance and maintenance inventories (MRO) are a necessary function and significant cost to achieve this end. Parts must be available in different locations across a city at any time. Parts have a shelf life and must change as the fleet changes. Please join Xtivity's Director of Product services Crystal Howe, and WMATA's Manger of Contract & Parts, Aimee Hiskett as they present the solution to the problems faced by today's MRO professionals.
An hour long presentation by Jeff Shiver CMRP, CPMM - Managing Principal
We constantly hear about metrics like OEE, PM Compliance, and Schedule Compliance that help measure productivity, availability, and the maintenance work management process as examples. In the end, these metrics are used to drive behaviors within the organization. I'm reminded of a statement that a Plant Manager in a large food and beverage manufacturer once told me. He said, "Jeff, We measure what we treasure!" If so, what is it in the Maintenance organization that we treasure?

Many implementation projects of CMMS systems like SAP EAM are quite challenging in itself. Organizations are already very satisfied if they get the basic maintenance workflow and the link to spare parts in place. More seldom do we reach the stage where SAP EAM is really the starting point for reliability analyses and a true continuous improvement engine for your plant/facility. This webinar will teach you what needs to be changed to get there.

An hour long recorded webinar by Dr. David H. Worledge, President and CEO, Asset Performance Technologies, Inc.
There is extensive experience in many industries that shows that PM programs developed on the basis of OEM requirements or experience span the range from overbearing to deficient, typically lack a sound technical basis, and are hard to maintain. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) has taught us that an adequate technical basis requires a functional analysis to establish the need for PM and an FMEA to decide what PM actions to take. However, apart from fleet applications or strongly focused efforts that are limited in scope, RCM in its traditional form has been found to be too resource intensive to be sustainable in most industrial environments.
